Donna Klein

Donna Klein is an attorney with the law firm of McGlinchey Stafford where she serves as head of the healthcare law group and as managing partner of the New Orleans office. Klein attended Loyola University and received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 1981. She is a former registered nurse. She serves as co-chair of the Board of Directors of the Committee for a Better New Orleans/Metropolitan Area Committee and as a member of the Board of Commissioners for the Ernest N. Morial-New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority, the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts/Riverfront, and the Board of Directors of Louisiana ArtWorks.  Klein has received numerous awards including being selected by the New Orleans CityBusiness as one of the Women of the Year in 2007 and 2001; by the Young Leadership Council as a Role Model in 2002; by the Human Rights Campaign to receive the Humanitarian Award in 2003; and by Southern Woman Magazine to receive the Spirit Award in 2004.  She has also been recognized as one of Woodward White's Best Lawyers in America in Health Care each year since 1991.
