Pamela Egan from New Orleans

Pamela B. Egan has practiced Primary Care wREGENTS - EGAN, Pam - Picith a focus in Preventative Medicine for fifteen years.  She is the owner of Egan Wellness Clinic and co-owner of Egan Healthcare Services Homehealth and Hospice with eight agencies throughout southeast Louisiana.

She is a Nurse Practitioner and has earned a BSN from the University of Louisiana Lafayette and an MSN from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, then became a Clinical Specialist in Gerontology/Mental Health. Further post-graduate studies led her to become an Adult and Family Nurse Practitioner. Following graduation, she completed a Fellowship from the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and an MS from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine.  In addition to being a Nurse Practitioner, she is a Certified Diabetes Educator from the National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators.  Ms. Egan also served as a Co-Investigator with the Pennington Biomedical Research Center.

Ms. Egan has received several awards, including Sustainer of the Year by the Junior League of Greater Covington, Nurse Practitioner of the Year by the Louisiana Academy of Nurse Practitioners (LANP), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and was named Business Professional Woman of the Year in 2001. She serves as the Director of Student Health at the St. Joseph Abbey Seminary College in Covington, Louisiana since 1999.

She is married to Peter F. Egan, Sr., and has four children.
